These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and EzFlipAcademy ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of our services, including but not limited to our website, online course, mentorship program, Skool community, and associated platforms or content. By accessing, enrolling in, or using any part of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you must not use our services.
1. Services Provided
EzFlipAcademy offers educational content and resources designed to assist users in building and growing a car flipping business. The program includes:
- Access to training library with modules on car flipping
- Two weekly group coaching calls
- Access to a private Skool community
- A 1-on-1 onboarding call
- Direct access to our founder and coaching team through designated communication channels
- Ungating strategy support
- Personal car flipping review/assistance
- Exclusive bonus materials and tools (as offered)
All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not to be construed as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Funding assistance provided within the program is educational in nature; we are not a lender, broker, or financial institution.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. By accessing our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Payment Terms and Access
All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required in full or via a scheduled installment plan to access the program. If you choose a payment plan:
- You are contractually obligated to complete all scheduled payments in full.
- Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of access, late fees, or removal from the program entirely.
- We reserve the right to pursue outstanding balances via third-party collection services or legal action.
All transactions are securely processed through Whop. We do not retain or have access to your full credit or debit card information.
4. No Refunds and No Returns
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to both pay-in-full and installment payment options. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of participation or use
- Failure to achieve expected results
- Technical issues beyond our control (we provide full support to resolve these)
This no-refund policy operates independently of the Performance Commitment described in Section 5. The Performance Commitment provides extended support rather than any form of monetary refund.
5. Performance Commitment
We are committed to your success in the program. Subject to the conditions below, if you do not achieve your first significant profit milestone with car flipping within 90 days of program enrollment, we will continue to provide you with coaching support and program access at no additional cost until that milestone is achieved.
Conditions for eligibility:
To qualify for continued support under this Performance Commitment, you must:
- Complete the 1-on-1 onboarding call within 14 days of enrollment
- Complete all required training modules in the sequence provided
- Attend a minimum of two group coaching calls per month
- Submit car related decisions for review as instructed
- Follow the car flipping methodology taught in the program unless suggested otherwise (proof needed)
- Secure the working capital necessary to purchase car inventory + necessary tools (minimum capital requirements are disclosed during onboarding)
- Respond to coaching communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Submit a written request for extended support within 14 days of the 90-day period ending, along with documentation demonstrating completion of the above requirements
What this commitment does and does not include:
This Performance Commitment provides continued access to coaching calls, the Skool community, program materials, and founder support. It does not constitute a refund, money-back guarantee, income guarantee, or warranty of any specific financial result. No monetary compensation will be issued under this commitment under any circumstances. We make no representation that any User will earn any specific amount of revenue or profit through the program. Individual results vary significantly based on effort, capital, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether the eligibility conditions have been met.
6. Chargebacks and Dispute Policy
You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal or collection action.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, materials, and intellectual property provided within the program, including but not limited to videos, written guides, live coaching recordings, community interactions and proprietary frameworks, are owned by EzFlipAcademy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, sharing of login credentials, or unauthorized sharing of program materials is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
You agree to:
- Treat all community members and staff with respect
- Avoid abusive, defamatory, or harassing behavior
- Refrain from sharing or soliciting illegal content
- Not use the community or platform to promote your own unrelated services or offers
- Not share program materials, recordings, or login access with non-members
Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the program with no refund.
9. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
Any revenue figures, student testimonials, or case studies presented by EzFlipAcademy reflect the results of specific individuals and are not typical. We make no guarantees regarding your ability to generate income or achieve any specific financial outcome through the program. Your results will depend on your individual effort, available capital, market conditions, business decisions, and other factors beyond our control. Car Flipping involves financial risk, including the possibility of inventory loss, account suspension on relevant marketplaces, and loss of invested capital. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzFlipAcademy disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the program. You understand that your results are not guaranteed and that we are not responsible for any financial or reputational loss stemming from the use or misuse of the program content, including but not limited to losses related to inventory purchases, relevant marketplace actions, or business credit decisions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EzFlipAcademy, its employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement on the intellectual property or rights of any third party
- Any actions taken by third-party marketplaces against your account
12. Platform Disclaimer
We utilize third-party platforms such as Whop, Skool, Go High Level, and Whatsapp for processing payments, delivering communications, and managing access. While we partner closely with these platforms, we are not responsible for technical issues, outages, or internal policies imposed by these providers. Any disputes or issues related to the functionality of third-party services should be directed to their support teams. Our own policies still apply regardless of platform limitations.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country of Saudi Arabia. You agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You expressly waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action proceeding.
14. Revisions and Updates
We may update or revise these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
15. Agreement to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number, you agree that EzFlipAcademy may send you periodic SMS, MMS or Whatsapp messages containing but not limited to important program information, onboarding instructions, coaching call reminders, community updates, deals, and specials.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and with or without advance notice.
No mobile information or SMS consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
Though EzFlipAcademy will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
